This is a web application that provides a means for FSU faculty to deposit and update their CV in a database and download it at any time.
The system provides functions for Chairs, Deans, and Administrators to access the documents in a controlled manner and provide a
means to search the contents of the vita documents using Oracle Text. Search and administrative functions are limited to
authorized users. |

This web application is designed to provide access to lists of Florida State University administrators. In particular, lists are
provided for department chairs, deans, assistant and associate deans, faculty senators, and senior administrators. Functions are
provided for generating simple reports, mailing labels, and spread sheets. The lists provided herein are maintained by the Dean
of the Faculties office; this information is used for official university business. This application is intended to replace an MS
Access database that is used for reporting and label generation. The objective is to maintain these lists in a Oracle table that
can be leveraged by other departmental and enterprise applications. |

This ASP web application was originally developed by the Florida Department of Education. The system was retrofitted with FSU CAS authentication
and an LDAPwebApps interface to manage application authorization. The application continues
to be used by Audit Services to capture audit reports, findings, and followup actions.

| Graduate Faculty Status |
This is a web application constructed for the Graduate Studies Office designed to manage graduate faculty status information.
The system was built on an Oracle database, with data downloaded from the OMNI and DPI databases. Information about Degree Programs, CIP codes,
majors with department associations is available as well as faculty information. Live LDAP links to the university directory provided additional
information about graduate faculty. This application is primarily for the private use of the Graduate Studies department.
Most application functions are limited to authorized users. A "public" interface provides information about faculty graduate status.
And there is a web service that can be used to return graduate status information.

This web application provides an interface for the FSU PD to enter JIS reports which are analyzed; FSU students, faculty, and staff
that appear on the report are identified.

This is a web application constructed for the Graduate Studies Office designed to track graduate students.
The system was built on an Oracle database, with data downloaded from the student database. This application is primarily for the
graduate coordinators that maintain student progression information, graduate committees, and the like. A variety of reporting
functions are available as well. Access is limited to authorized users. |

| Faculty Award Catalog |
This catalog provides an ability to search a database of current information about professional memberships and awards available for FSU faculty. Each entry includes a brief description of the award, a summary of information required for application, due dates, and a link to the award webpage.
Faculty may request that they be notitifed as additional information may become available for an award. Functions are available to
application administrators to generate reports, send out email reminder messages to department representatives, and more.

This web provides an ability to update the Faculty Award Catalog database. Functions are available to manage information about awards,
organizations, departments, taxonomies, department recipients, and categories. Special reports and a "holding tank" are also

This is a web application that is intended to support the management of faculty information with content sufficient
to generate an FSU Promotion and Tenure Curriculum Vitae. Information entered into this system is stored in a database and includes general
information, teaching activities, scholarly or creative activities, and service. This information can be used in various crosstab analysis
reports, as well as the automated construction of a formatted P&T, QER, and other vita documents. |
